What You’ll Do

• Run 4–8 routed service calls/day in a wrapped company van.
• Diagnose quickly, quote clearly, and complete first-time fixes when parts are in stock.
• Create POs for non-stock parts and return to install.
• Deliver 5-star customer service with tidy, professional presentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years in appliance repair or strong mechanical background.
• Valid driver’s license; able to lift 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable with tablets/mobile apps and customer communication.

Day in the Life

Arrive clean and on time, greet the customer, diagnose, quote, and repair. If a part’s needed, collect deposit, we order it, and you return for install. Simple, supported, steady.
