Because we can’t know what is wrong with the unit until we get there and diagnose it we can’t know what needs to be done and therefore can’t possibly provide an accurate quote on repair unitl we diagnose the machine.

There is only a service fee ($99) if you do not go with a repair. If you repair your appliance with us the service fee is always free.
