How much will my repair cost?

Because we can’t know what is wrong with the unit until we get there and diagnose it we can’t know what needs to be done and therefore can’t possibly provide an accurate quote on repair until we diagnose the machine.

Do you warranty your work?

Yes — all work is guaranteed to be done right. Parts and labor are warrantied for one year, and with our Membership Plan you’re covered for the life of the appliance, for as long as you stay a member.

Can you fix it the same day?

In most cases we carry the part to fix your appliance the same day. We carry many parts and most of the common parts as well, but there are cases in which we have to order the part which usually comes in within a day or 2.

Is there a service fee?

There is only a service fee ($149) if you do not go with a repair. If you repair your appliance with us — or have us install a new one — the service fee is always free.

What if my appliance isn’t worth repairing?

Most of the time it is — a repair usually costs far less than a new appliance, and our technician always gives you an honest recommendation first. In the rare case it truly isn’t worth fixing, we also sell brand-new appliances, so you can replace it with us in one stop. Browse new appliances »
